We are looking for a technically minded sales professional who loves helping customers solve problems, learn, and make confident decisions. This is an inside sales role with a strong solution engineering component. It is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, technical conversations, and guiding customers through the selection of the best solution for their process.
The Opportunity:
This role sits at the intersection of sales, process understanding, and engineering support. You will work closely with customers, representatives, and channel partners to understand application needs, educate them on the best approach, and help translate technical requirements into clear, high-value solutions.
This is not a transactional quoting role. It is a solution sales role for someone who enjoys building trust through technical understanding, education, and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the full value of Dynamix mixing solutions to customers and channel partners.
- Engage customers through consultative, education-based selling rather than price-driven selling.
- Understand customer processes, operating conditions, and technical needs to guide proper solution selection and explain the “why” behind it.
- Configure and select mixer solutions based on customer requirements and internal training.
- Collaborate with Application and Design Engineering to develop practical, effective solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications with strong responsiveness.
- Manage the full inside sales cycle: inquiry, quotation, follow-up, and order handoff.
- Build strong relationships with customers, representatives, and internal teams.
- Maintain clear, disciplined communication and documentation in CRM/ERP systems.
- Ensure accurate information flow across sales, engineering, and manufacturing to support a strong customer experience.

- Quotes and technical recommendations are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer needs.
- Channel partners see Dynamix as a trusted technical resource, not just a vendor.

- Opportunities are advanced through strong communication, consistent follow-up, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Commitment to structured communication systems and strong attention to detail.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret customer specifications to accurately quote and engineer products.
- Technical background preferred.
- Proven commitment to detailed communication in CRM and ERP software.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in industrial, mechanical, chemical process, or technical manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to RFQs, tenders, and technical quotation processes.
- Experience working with engineered-to-order or application-based products.
- A background in mechanical, industrial, or process-related fields is an asset.
- Proven ability to increase account revenue through relationships.
